The bed, towels, bedsheets, duvet, couch, and pillows were all in an unacceptable condition old, worn, unpleasant in appearance, and emitting a very bad odor. Furthermore, prior to my arrival, it appears the heating and hot water had been turned off remotely, and all the windows were left wide open. As a result, the apartment was freezing cold...
