"There was a dried blood stain on the sheets when I got there. I arrived really late so just slept on the other side, then the next day asked them to clean the room. They cleaned it but left the same stained sheets on my bed. The wifi password also didn’t work after trying 5 times and every wifi available. I also asked for early check in and the staff said no, then an hour later after waiting in the lobby for my tour bus, I asked to store my bags and she got me to read the property rules and it said on there you can do early check in for a fee and I asked her about that and she said “oh ya but we have to ask the cleaner”. Not the best experience overall. "

"This hotel is great! Super clean and bright. The breakfast is great, good variety. Even though there is a temple in the back, we couldn't hear anything. It's a well located hotel, quiet, spacious. Staff was above and beyond when they provided a breakfast box as we had to leave super early in the morning. So sweet of them. I would recommend that they clean better the pool. The water was not clear and had toads/frogs at night. "

"The hotel has a great location if you want to stay in the old city. It’s walking distance from all the main temples and the street has a number of great cafés, bars, restaurants, and spas. The room itself was very big, and included mini fridge with free bottled water/coffee, and a TV. "
