"I normally don’t leave reviews, but wanted to on this property after reading the previous reviews prior to our stay that had me feeling uneasy. For the price in Positano, you absolutely can’t beat it. It’s convenient for walking to city center, around 400 steps one way. The breakfast spread each morning filled the entire wall, so much to choose from. The staff was extremely accommodating, held our luggage, called our taxi, and allowed us to check in early since our room was available after a long day of travel. Most properties in this town have steps one way or another, but it’s a lot quicker to walk vs getting transportation each day due to the layout of the city. Our room had an amazing view of the city and ocean, would absolutely stay here again! "

"Beautiful location, but a distance from the major attractions. There was a fair amount of confusion about the shuttles to town, it seemed, and was not as easy to get around as we hoped."

"We chose an ocean view room and the view was awesome. We were in the second floor and though the higher the floor, the better the view, our view was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. If I ever return to Maiori, and I hope I will, we will stay at Hotel Panorama. The free breakfast is a plus for added value and the breakfast was very good. I’d stay at the Hotel Panorama for a week if I could. We stayed 4 nights. The rooms have tile floors and so you can hear chairs moving above. Walls are thin and if you are next to loud talkers or rooms filled with larger families, you will hear them. Overall this aspect didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay nor deter me from returning. Buildings are all around different in Italy than where I live in US. Sometimes you can’t expect perfection and luxury if you aren’t paying for that luxury. "

"Absolutely amazing view. Little far from Amalfi but worth it. My only complaint was the 100 charhe for laundry services which included shorts and tshirts. Price was ridiculously high."

"The hotel is right next to Napoli Centrale train station, so it is very convenient. We felt the area was safe. It was within walking distance to many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great, especially on the rooftop. The room was a bit older looking, but it was clean and had everything we needed."
