"When we arrived I waited in line for over 45 minutes, when I gave the reception my booking number they had no room for me. The young boy at reception said I'll go and check if I can find you a room. He came back 25 minutes later to tell me that the one he looked at wasn't clean so he'd check another room. After waiting another 15 minutes he returned to tell me he had found a clean room. I had"

"Great location close to theme parks with good facilities and yet a very relaxing setting. The amenities (shampoo, etc) very nice which is something easy to overlook. Nice building and decor. 5 min walk to shops."

"Overall, we had a great stay. The only downside was the noise from the connecting room. If the room next door is occupied by a family with young children, it can be quite noisy, but that's really just a matter of luck. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We were on a budget graduation trip to mount Tamborine and this was the best choice I made! Worth the money and beyond expectations. Although I thought the entrance was shady, we all had a good night sleep. The room was well maintained and all necessary amenities. Wish they had a pair of toothbrush and toothpaste. Other than that, it was a great stay. Definitely recommend!"

"Excellent restaurant. Staff really helpful. Free car parking. Rooms big. Easy walk to Gallery Walk where you can find shops and restaurants. Tamborine is busy in the day, but fairly quiet in the evenings. Having said that - later in the week there are still several choices open for eating and drinking at night, including The Manor. This is a historic building, so some fixtures / fittings are old, just so other visitors are aware."
