A special mention must go to Ms. Simran from the Executive Lounge. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made every interaction a pleasure. She truly embodies the spirit of hospitality and is a real asset to the hotel and the Hilton brand. As a hotelier myself from London, I deeply appreciate the passion and dedication it takes to deliver such an exceptional guest experience. Congratulations to Mr. Khizer Khan and his team for creating such a welcoming environment and maintaining such high standards. "The hotel staff is highly unaccommodating and unfriendly. They lack basic common sense and logical reasoning. The customer experience as a result of hotel staffs in sensitivity is horrendous. If they continue in this fashion, I don’t see this hotel has a future in the next few years, we had a horrible, horrible check-in experienceand the hotel staff just lacks empathy and basic understanding of hotel management. "

"The young and enthusiastic staff (from all parts of India) were responsive to our requests for modifications to the food; needless to say this required the full cooperation from the Chef and the kitchen staff. Food was freshly prepared, tasty and presented in an attractive manner. (We were a party of four and of a certain vintage and tended to favor our food to be on the bland side)."
