"We got to the apartments at 10pm, I was given a gate code to get into the parking area, but when we got there, there was a note over the keypad that said maintenance was being done on the key keypad. Both gates were shut, & there was no way for us to get into the parking area or get to our apartment. We had to wait until someone decided to enter or leave before we could get in to even get to our apartment. After speaking to someone who was a resident, we were told that you need to have a sticker...
