"Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes...

"First, they move us to the other room because they fail to really check the ID of whoever checked in to our room and the reservation name , then we enter the room and it smells bad. Second, the shower is facing the wall. We have to hold it to shower..."

"Very satisfied, good value of money. Location is good, maximum 15 minute drive to any touristic attraction including airport (20mins). The condominium has stores and food places just outside the security gate. "
