"This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. The hotel itself was reasonably pleasant, if a little dated. The room was spotless with a nice shower. However the hotel restaurant was too busy at lunchtime to eat there without a reservation. "We stayed 1-night. Hotel shuttle to airport comes every 30 min. Schedule changes depending on time of the year. Room was OK. Shower was a bit complicated to operate, but OK once we figured it out. Unfortunately there is no "Room Service" even though there is a "room service" button on the phone?! we had to go down to the restaurant to order the food and then bring it back up to our room."

"The building seemed pretty new, all clean and good sized rooms. However, the bodywash was empty, and the whatsapp numbers provided inside the rooms doesnt work. Breakfast is decent and fresh, no complaints about it. Staff were reasonably good, and no complaints too. After a long road trip with a family of 7 and occupying 2 rooms, we expected decent clean up and the rooms not having bodywash was disappointing. Also, the car park isnt free which we assumed is included in the charges already paid.-...

"Pour une nuit , tout juste à côté de l'aéroport Charleroi. C'était parfait. La navette est un peu chère (10 euros). L'extérieur est un peu vieillot, mais la chambre était très bien et ce qu'on veut quand on a une nuit avant un vol tôt le matin, c'est une bonne chambre. 👍"
