Ditto on the AC fan noise (easy to change). Very nice neighbourhood with nice houses. Easy to walk to downtown. "

"Condo was clean and well-appointed. Great location close to so much Ann Arbor has to offer. Easy communication with rental company for check-in and check-out. The main bedroom overlooks a noisy street with bars that are open into the early morning hours on the weekend. There is a white noise machine which really helps! Would definitely stay here again!"
