"This is a gem only a little over an hour from our home in Phoenix. It was our first time here although I have wanted to stay here since I was a kid. The room was lovely, the grounds clean and fresh, and the amenities excellent. Great pool, and every room has a balcony for sitting in the great outdoors. Also, if you go, have the Blueberry Cobbler at the restaurant. You will thank yourself."

"I want to start by saying how amazing the host is! She responded to all of my questions right away and was very friendly! The Kabin is gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it justice! We were very impressed with the place and the beautiful back porch. We got to see elk every day while there. She had breakfast items there for us which we greatly appreciated. I can’t say enough great things about this Koxy Kabin and host! We can for a family wedding and all of the cabins on the wedding property were booked so we found this place and I’m so thankful we did because we enjoyed it better than we would have on the other property. Thank you again we will be back for sure!!! "

"Great cabin, location, price and host. All around the best experience! Felt very safe, clean and comfortable. Host was very kind. Extra points for the cool vintage lamps in the bed room (my husband and I talked about them for a solid 20 minutes). Will for sure be booking this cabin again on my next weekend trip up to Pine!"

"This was a great place to stay! All 3 of us agreed, this was an awesome place. We had fun talking on the deck, playing pool, dartboard and ping pong. And it was a great base camp for seeing the sights. Wish we could’ve had a campfire, but that was out of everyone’s control. All in all, it was fabulous!! Thanks Josh, and Meghan for the delicious cookies. We hope to come back someday!"

"This home was a dream for me and my team!!! My family consists of little ones who had so much fun on the titer totter, slide and swings. My mother who is in a wheel chair was able to get around and utilize the middle bathroom. The Elk were absolutely the best part of the trip! And the owner who is kind, friendly and quick to respond. The trip felt magical."
