"The unit was clean, modern and larger than expected. The bathroom was also very large. The bed was comfortable. It is very close to Itasca state park if that is your destination. We only used the room to sleep as we were visiting friends at a near by cabin. We rented it twice in 3 weeks and wouldn’t hesitant to book it b again. "

"Absolutely loved staying here - room was spacious, bathroom was even bigger. King bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows. Plush towels. We loved having the corner unit, lots of windows and a beautiful grove of pine trees in the back. Easy access, able to park right in front of your room. Super close to Itasca north entrance. Great price. There's a fridge and microwave as well. The only very small recommendation I'd have is for a warm, dim lighting option (floor lamp maybe?) in the room...

"The property was 10/10, hot tub overlooking the lake, stocked firewood, lots of kids activities to offer. The only downfall was my dad had a very difficult time getting to the bathroom in his wheelchair, the hallways and bathroom very tight to be classified as “wheelchair accessible” The ramp is doable with assistance up and the entrance was very wide with open floor plan through the living room and into the kitchen. If staying and in a wheelchair, you may be struggle a bit."

"We had a great 2 night stay and spent most of our time in the state park. This was the perfect location to stay for exploring the headwaters of the Mississippi. There are not a ton of cooking items but enough to get by for a short time. If you are cooking meals and need something specific (crockpot, large pan, etc.), bring it with you or ask ahead of time. We didn't have any wash clothes or hand towels but I am sure it was just an oversight and we managed just fine without! The store on site...
