The beds were painfully hard along with 2 of the pillows on the bed. I had called the hotel directly to inquire about pet fees & was told the fee was included in the price only to be told upon check-out that was not the case if you decided to register online."

We had to make a last-minute change. The property owner was very accommodating. The property was everything it was advertised to be. The property was a great value. "
