"The apartment is the first floor of a 2-sorry house. It was very clean and well-lit, and had everything we needed. Beds were quite comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water for all of us. Upstairs occupants were very quiet. Having a dedicated parking space was wonderful, as we rented a car. Uber and Lyft rides were easy to schedule also, always someone nearby. Public transportation would be tricky. The neighborhood felt safe and we found several good local restaurants...

"Modeen was very kind and responsive throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, the property itself could use some attention. It wasn’t as clean as expected, and it was missing a few basic amenities like coffee cups, curtains in all bedrooms, and hand towels. The neighborhood also felt a bit rundown, which might not suit everyone, although the proximity to the light rail was a big plus..
