"Paid about $800 dollars for a room, and not be able to check til almost 5:00. Pool is not heated... They won't let you use a luggage cart, you are forced to use their bell hop. There are much better places to stay in the area. Note: most of the hotels along this stretch of beach are owned by the same company, which is a plus if you want use a pool at a different property. "

"Loved the private beach area and restaurant on property. The only reason I rated it four star is because the mattress on the beds are hard and uncomfortable."

Took front office 50 minutes to through a breaker that most people could have done in three mins. The rooms were clean. But permanent residents take away from hotel. Loud and loitering. Does not does not make patrons feel safe. I will stay here again but only as last resort. "
