However, the description is misleading since it doesn't mention the property being a mobile home. We realized the next day that mobile homes are the norm in the area, however, we arrived at night and did not expect the villa to be a mobile home."

"The Villa was clean and ready for us when we arrived! Walking distance to pool and a short shuttle to the beach/beach pool. The bedrooms and baths accommodated our family and the screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee or a night cap! Property owners were quick to respond and quickly took care of a fridge filter (within 20 min of a text!)"

House was beautiful but a couple tables had food on them or crumbs as well as on the floor, master & bunk room had weird pieces of something and a few hairs on the sheets, some rooms had really uncomfortable bedding. Zero AC in the hangout room in the basement; slats shown in pics are open to outside so if it's too hot forget hanging out down there. "WE have lodged in the same location for 30 years in Daytona Beach Shores. Hurricane destroyed that location and so we decided to try the Gulf. My son found the property on Perdido Key. The property was so nice, well furnished, easy access to beach, pools, and local stores and restaurants. Matter of fact, it was so well furnished that we ate all meals there instead of going out like we normally do. Kate always stayed in-touch, responded to texts quickly, and was most gracious. "We spent a relaxing week at this property enjoying the water views from inside and outside the home. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was so friendly! We slept well on the king size bed. Having 2 full bathrooms was a real plus."
