The ocean views are amazing from this totally updated, ultra-clean, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo corner unit with extra windows. Open floor plan with updated kitchen along with spacious ocean-front bedroom and guest bedrooms each with private baths, perfect for memorable family getaway. Enjoy oceanfront dining from your private balcony with comfortable seating. Before you choose another unit, read the reviews from our recent clients to see how we go over and above to make your stay a great one!

Amenities include multiple outdoor pools, walking /jogging trails, fitness center, sound side marina and of course the beautiful ocean! Close to NC Aquarium, Fort Macon State Park, and Crystal Coast golf course.

As many of our guests prefer to bring their own linens, OUR UNIT DOES NOT COME WITH LINENS (sheets or towels) PROVIDED. Bed sizes are 2 twin beds, 1 standard king, and 1 split king. Renters must bring their own sheets/towels or choose to request these items directly with the owner.

Unit was exactly as advertised. Very clean and easy access to beach. Loved being on end of building as there was no outside noise. Property is very private. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good, quiet and relaxing getaway. Owner was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. Communication was very good.

Annual Family Beach Trip

The unit was exactly what we needed and met our expectations. The owner was very nice and available for any questions or concerns we had. Thanks Richard for being such a great host. The only reason I gave the stay a four is because the pool was outdated and wasn’t cleaned on a daily basis.

What a wonderful place to celebrate momentous birthdays and our 50th anniversary! The furniture was not only beautiful , but also comfortable. The view of the beach was spectacular. The hosts were easily available to answer questions. We're already looking forward to coming back next year!

Beach vacation

We had a beautiful week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ocean view from this unit is wonderful and we saw dolphins almost every day. The unit is well equipped and owners are easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed this spacious condo with beautiful views. We visited during the off-season and it was very quiet. Weather was beautiful the whole week and like others have stated, we enjoyed watching dolphins in the ocean. The owner was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. We hope to return to this location again soon.

Clean, spacious, beachfront unit with great view of the ocean

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. We took a trip to the aquarium which is close by and enjoyed fresh seafood at a few of the local restaurants. Richard and Tina were the perfect hosts. We enjoyed our visit to Pine Knoll Shores very much and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you Richard & Tina for your hospitality and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

Great Place to Visit with Marine Grandson

We traveled to North Carolina with our daughter to visit our grandson who is stationed at Cherry Point MAS. We found this beautiful condo right on the beach with a perfect ocean view. The accommodations were perfect for the four of us and we enjoyed several wonderful days visiting with him. Having the kitchen allowed us to give him some home cooking, which he has greatly missed. The Coffeys were gracious hosts and communicated all we needed to know about our stay there. We can’t recommend this unit highly enough.

Three Months of Ocean Bliss!

We just returned home to Michigan from our extended stay at this condo on Emerald Isle. I cannot begin to describe how much we enjoyed it, despite some really nasty weather! The view of the ocean from either the main living area, and/or the bedroom, was just spectacular. I sat up one night watching a storm out over the ocean light up the sky, and enjoyed walks on the beach at sunset, picking up shells, bike rides thru the suburbs, checking out all the local restaurants, morning coffee while watching the dolphins frolic in the waves, and just plain relaxing! Richard was a conscientious host, and attended to our every need. (Don't forget your binoculars!!) We highly recommend this property!

Great stay—brand new interior

We had a great stay here. Soooo convenient for quick trips out to the beach with our toddler. The interior of this condo is nice and brand new but it is clear that the outside of the building is in need of some tlc. It didnt affect us though. The linen rental for this property was an unwelcome surprise after we booked (and pretty pricey—much cheaper to bring our own even though we had to buy king sheets on amazon!). The only other hiccup was a difference in check-out time between what we booked/was listed and what was sent to us by the host approaching our stay. Luckily we were able to work it out though. I definitely recommend for those whole value cleanliness and newness and location/convenience!

Wonderful family time at the coast

Wonderful week at Pine Knoll Shores. Fantastic view! Excellent communication with homeowner. Very well equipped condo. Comfortable beds. Community swimming pool is cleaned everyday. I think our only struggle as 70+ year old people was the stairs to the beach are very weather beaten and slightly rickety. These get you to the top of the dune, but then the sandy dune path downhill was very unlevel. There were ropes on the sides to provide help with balance but they were not taut and did nothing to help. My husband has a new knee as of 4 months ago, and he felt vulnerable to falling. Condo association needs to provide new stairs and wooden walkway which maybe they once had and a storm took it away.

Amazing Ocean Front View - Nice Quality, updated Interior

The unit was super clean and tidy when we arrived. The ocean view from the living room, dining area and kitchen is amazing. The kitchen is very comfortable to move around in and cook in. The new appliances are very nice quality and the kitchen cabinets are stocked with everything you need during your stay. The washer and dryer are very convenient and work well. The master bedroom has the same ocean view with a sliding glass door for access to the covered balcony. Nice, updated shower. Closet and dressers for storage. There is a king split bed with dual controls. The living room has a comfortable couch and chairs. You can access the covered balcony through a sliding glass door from here as well The owners are hands -on, easy to communicate with and do a great job in general. It is a peaceful location with easy access to the beautiful, well-kept beach. If you don't order the linen package, you will need to bring deep pocket sheets for the premium mattresses as well as towels. There are pillows, a light blanket and coverlet on each bed. Other reviews have mentioned the exterior of The Breakers buildings. There are painters on-site currently working on this upgrade. There is a centrally located elevator if you do not wish to climb the steps to the second floor. It was a very enjoyable stay from start to finish. Highly recommend!

So, would I stay here again? Absolutely! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few simple meals, beds were comfortable water pressure in the bathrooms was good, living room furniture was nice and comfortable, and the electronics worked great. The view off the back deck was great, and there was newer deck furniture out there. My favorite feature was the big window in the living room. As far as the host is concerned, I communicated with the host more than any other I've rented from. He has some standard practices I wish were best practices used among more hosts. Not only was he responsive, but he was proactive on several occasions.

This is the loveliest VRBO we have had. Spotless when we arrived. Breathtaking view of the ocean. Steps from the beach. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Richard was responsive and gracious every time we communicated. Altogether perfect for a cozy winter stay for us.

Wonderful in every way!

This condo was by far the nicest we've stayed in on the island. It was very clean as other reviewers have said. Everything looked new and was in great condition. The decor was lovely, the colors and artwork were well thought out. The furniture and the beds were really comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. The layout was perfect for us. My husband and I had the front bedroom, and our daughter and her two teens stayed in the back bedrooms. Having 3 bathrooms was awesome! The view was perfect from inside and on the balcony. Wifi worked well. Richard could not have been easier to work with. He quickly responded to the few questions we had. I would gladly stay here again the next time we get to the island.

Great trip overall!

Ocean front was the whole reason we booked this unit and it was the highlight for sure! Loved having easy el access to the beach and the showers downstairs were a life saver too. Beds were comfortable, living room was a great space to hang out in, and the fridge and freezer were perfect for what we needed. All in would highly recommend to friends and family!
