We were pleasantly surprised when the front desk staff upgraded us to a suite at no additional cost, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The suite was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with all the basic amenities we needed for a relaxing family trip. One of the best parts about staying here was how close it was to both Callaway Gardens and the Wild Animal Safari. We could reach Callaway Gardens in just a few minutes, which made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day without feeling rushed. Having plenty of free parking available right outside the hotel was another big plus, especially when traveling with family. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with directions and local recommendations. The property itself felt safe and peaceful, ideal for families or couples looking for a comfortable stay near the area’s main attractions. Overall, Garden Inn and Suites offered great value for the price — a clean room, convenient location, and thoughtful service. "This place was very cute and quaint. We were in GA for my sons turning green ceremony and wanted something peaceful and tranquil for him to spend his family leave time. For the price it provide everything we needed and was very quaint and cute. Could use a few more cooking utensils etc. check in process was not great the code did not work and it took over an hour for anyone to get back to us. I think an updated check in process would be beneficial where they use a set code to eliminate future issues with that. The loft area could be utilized better, maybe a more comfortable bed up there. The beds in the main bedrooms were very comfortable. Good bargain for sure though all around. "
