"Margaritaville is a beautiful resort! We loved the pool area, cleanliness of our room and friendly staff. We wished there had more explanation of the resort upon check-in such as; where things were located, what the restaurant options were, etc. we also felt the meals/snacks were overpriced. The activities schedule was helpful. And the exercise room was phenomenal for a hotel setting! Overall an exceptional vacation resort! "

"The woman that works as a security in the pool area has a very bad temper and her language with clients is awful, she didnt care about our opinions was terrible the experience with her....unfortunately that was a very bad experience in that beautiful hotel, everybody else were amazing .Her name is Pam and we talked about her behavior toward us with the front desk girl, I really hope anybody has to deal with her angry character ever."
