"We had a wonderful week visiting our son. Property was clean, beds comfortable, and views from every room were breathtaking! We were fortunate enough to see about 6 inches of snow one night which was a bonus, even though we were not able to make it quite up the shared driveway even in a AWD but it all worked out well and didn’t hinder anyone or any plans we had. Phil is a wonderful host! "

"Historic building lived up to its reputation. Gorgeous old features in the lobby - must see the main wooden staircase and the old room mailbox system behind the desk. We stayed in one of the historic rooms - very small but period appropriate. You're paying for the location and atmosphere. Valet parking is available but it's a very short walk from the Downtown Boulder bus station with direct service to the Denver airport."
