"This was a great place to stay for a weekend with my family, my brother’s family, and our parents! Lots of space for everyone to have their own beds, the kids to play hide and seek, and multiple areas if we needed to spread out. We loved the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The basement game room was fantastic! It’s close to a lot of fun things to do, but it also a great house to stay and relax while enjoying family time. The only thing missing for a summer time visit is a pool :) we got a snow storm so we didn’t get to enjoy the peaceful looking fire pit or outdoor water feature, but the hot tub was wonderful.The check in process was seamless and the staff at Avent Stay were available to quickly answer any questions. The only thing that would have made it a little easier would be a booklet with WiFi info, check out info, and important things to know about the property. (Paper would be nice because my cell service was spotty so locating things online was difficult until I connected to the WiFi) Overall, it was a fabulous stay and I will be keeping it on my list when we want to make another trip to the Poconos. I’ll also be looking for Avent Stay properties for other travel destinations in the future. "

"Our stay here was fantastic. Place is as advertised, very comfy and cozy. Basement is a great place to hang out with a group of friends. Fit every one of needs and then some. The couple of small questions we had were answered quickly by the host, which was very much appreciated. 10/10, would stay here again. "

"This home was absolutely gorgeous! We had everything we needed and more. The fireplace was cozy and the overall house was beautiful. The best part was the communication I had with the host. They were awesome! We had a family emergency occur that almost had us having to cancel our trip but luckily, we were still able to make a late check in and the host was most gracious to us and allowed us to check out a little later on ourlast day. My family and I definitely be coming back to this gorgeousness again. I kinda wish we could've stayed longer lol Loved it! "

"It was a lovely home, well appointed, etc. But, we unfortunately had to cut our vacation very short, as the sump pump was rapid-cycling (loudly) every 30 seconds for most of our time there. We couldn't sleep, read, or relax. I know the property managers were going to send someone to fix it, but it's a moot point when the vacation is already busted. Such a shame. "
