"We did not use either the hot tub or fireplace, however I looked at both and they seemed very clean and in good condition. The one thing I did not like was being forced into an 89 insurance buy in order to rent the house. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. "

The bottoms of our feet were black from walking bare foot. Drafts thru every window and door. Floor sticky from not being clean, this place needs serious updating. "
