"We loved the proximity to the west gate of Yosemite. Even though a hotel is close to a gate, it’s still a long drive into the valley. That’s for any hotel around Yosemite though. We loved our stay at the lodge and was able to take hot showers, relax in the hot tub, and get a good nights sleep after our extremely long days of hiking. We would venture over to the lucky buck cafe and get breakfast before heading to the park and would grab dinner after the park. Stay here, you’ll be glad you did. "

"We had a great time staying here! It has that cabin like experience and is close to Yosemite. My only negative is the road to get here is a bit bumpy and not a main road. There’s quite a bit of pot holes so better to arrive during the day with good visibility. Also, several cattle on the road to get there so be careful. "

"Though the room we had was behind the restaurant, we still had a good view of the mountains around it. It was less than 20 minutes from the west entrance to Yosemite. It was cozy and clean, and the best room we’ve had on our two week travels. Would totally book with them again!"
