The hotel staff were super friendly and ensured we had everything we needed for a super relaxing stay. The pool, bars and dining areas were all great and the room more than met our expectations ! "The spa and pools are brilliant. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. The 607 runs directly to Girona but there a few hours it doesn't operate. We got the 09:33 and it cost €1.90 each way. Coming back we got the 14:00. The timetable is on the wall in reception."

"The Hotel was very nice and situated in the heart of the town. The property was well landscaped with many features. The spa was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were helpful, especially Martha. She made the stay and extended stays easy. Great customer support. The dinning facilities were also excellent with great food. "Parking fee information is not provided in expedia. Very limited parking inside the hotel/resort and there are just too many people. There is a free parking next to the hotel but I parked inside for two hours and told that since I parked inside for two hours, I need to pay for the entire stay. Biggest problem was no AC, for two nights did not sleep for 5 minutes due to the heat. I had to keep the sliding doors open all night but the noice and mosquitos.didn'y help. Suffered for two days due to lack of sleep. Forget about AC, there is no fan either. Absolutely a nightmare experience. Actually the hotel was very good and they have a great buffet for free but due to some.of the issues I mentioned it ruined for my family. Also for my room, you actually need to go behind the staircase, no one told me and there are no signs so we took the main elevator after a long line to find out our room number does not even exist..Also check in took more than 45 minutes, It is extremely slow, may be due to their regulations, I don't know. Imagine that you are going thru these nightmares after travelling for more than 10 hours in flight from US. Management needs to seriously think all these before making decisions to not provide AC until June or something. They are not helping themselves when they make these kinds of unbelievable decisions in a tourist destination. I have no words. To my surprise, that place is packed, looks like a lot of people are ok with such experience in Spain."

"Stayed for 6 nights in Junior Suite sea view. Excellent room with tea/coffee making facilities. Very clean and well maintained. All staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Food was varied and of a high quality."
