"We wanted to stay in Riverside Heights for a few nights to be near family who had just moved to the area and this was the perfect spot. Heather was a wonderful host and answered all of our inquiries about local spots, which was very helpful as this was our first visit to the area. We will be back.The studio unit was clean, private, and comfortable, as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed sitting at the end of the dock on the river in the evening- pretty spot! "

"Cozy spot in the perfect location! This place is ideal for a laid back beach vaca. Kids loved it, felt very safe and everything we needed was in walking distance. Great community outdoor space with hot tub and dining area. Captain Al is a fantastic host! Thank you!!"

"This cottage is JUST like the photos! You literally step out the front door, off the ground level porch and you’re in the sand. The private beach area in front of the complex was wonderful as were the provided beach chairs to take down to the water. We had everything we needed. Booking process was smooth and the owner was very quick to respond from booking thru checkout. Highly recommend! "

"The beach was calm and peaceful- not over crowded. Beach Cottage was decorated cute and it was nice to have stuff other families left - beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, first aide kit etc. Outside shower was great. Host was very nice and had great communication, especially days prior to arrival. A few downsides: VRBO shows the location icon very close (3 minutes) to Clearwater Beach on Sand Key Resort, but it’s actually in Indian Shores- nearly 25 minutes away. Both beds...

"Quaint little bungalow footsteps from the beach! Location was perfect! It’s not fancy, and like others have stated, it could use a “refresh” on some of the furniture / paint, however, it was clean and all functional. If you like a low key location with a very quiet beach, you are laid back, and don’t need fancy furnishings/decor , then this place is perfect! Would absolutely stay here again. "
