The room was nice, minus the couch that had very springy, mismatch cushions. The bed was comfy and the sheets were Amazing!!!! So Incredibly Soft!!! The shower curtain smelled musty/moldy Really Really bad!!! But overall, it was a clean room. Wifi was Not very good. I was not able to connect and it was a dead spot for Verizon. Quiet location and felt safe walking around property at night

The staff was so friendly and the property was clean! I had a super late check-in getting there at 12:30AM, even that late in the night they were very kind asking about how my drive was. I stayed here overnight to go to Sunrise Ski Park the next morning and it was in a great location. We were close to all different kinds of stores and restaurants. From this Quality Inn it was about a 45 minute drive to the Ski Resort. If I come back to visit Pinetop I will definitely be staying here again.
