"Unit is in need of repairs and updates. Kitchen sink faucet falling off. Dryer does not work, lack of eating utensils, bathroom tub just worn out. Kitchen drawers barely open. We had gun shots outside the unit the first night we were there."

"Older property a bit run down. Biggest problem is the smell when opening the front door. Couch has stains and perhaps is part of the smell reason. King bed was good. Remote for bedroom is broken without batteries. Quiet area and very convenient for downtown Alexandria."

"I booked this particular hotel because of the proximity of my job assignment during a snow storm. The rooms look nothing like the pictures on the website. The room was dirty, holes in the wall, roaches, and the cable was out. I urge anyone not to stay here with a family or if you don't want to possibly take home bed bugs. Although the hotel owner didnt charge me a deposit, as he should have given the condition of the place. It was the worst 3 days I've ever spent at a hotel. 😔 😟 if i could, i would have requested a refund. Poor lighting, lumpy nasty bed, a puddle of water that would not drain out of the tub. Horrible"
