"Great location for easy access to Cooper’s Hawk golf course, Melbourne , and the White River at Guion. Very clean and efficient space appointed with basic supplies and toiletries. Very comfortable bed with higher end bed linens/sheets. Peaceful, pretty and private location. Our host was super nice and checked to make sure we didn’t need a thing. Recommend staying here! "

"We had a fantastic time at Sweet Retreat. The cabin was clean and stocked really well. Enjoyed the welcome basket!! Pam and Don are excellent hosts, there was 5 of us, and Don brought extra chairs for us to sit outside. We saw deer right outside two nights. Hope to return!!"

"Looking at the photos online of the house it makes you think that the dock is in the backyard. The walk was down a gravel road down hill and the walk back up was terrible. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was just an inconvenience to walk back and forth to go to the dock."

"Great setup for a large group. Kitchen was amazing and two separate living areas kept everyone entertained. The decorations were very thought out. We loved looking at and reading some of the books that are too old to find on a kindle. Walking distance to great fishing and the town of Calico Rock. "
