"This property met our needs very nicely. It is, as it is described, a little on the rustic side, but it is clean and comfortable and - with a king size bed - a perfect haven for two tired travelers. The room is a studio with a nice size bathroom and large closet. It has a microwave, coffee maker (with coffee provided) and a number of welcome snacks. The property could use a few upgrades (carpet), but it was very comfortable for us. I'd certainly reserve the property again if I visit Weaverville."

"It's a nice, clean motel with friendly, helpful staff. The bathroom was nicely updated/renovated. The furniture was older and a bit mismatched but perfectly serviceable. Staff had made effort with little extras -- the in-room coffee station, s'more fixings available, dining recommendations, etc. All-in-all, a nice overnight stop for us (or longer stay for fishermen). We would recommend it to others."

"Upon arrival I found the doors to the hotel locked. Calling the number on the door I was sent a link for an electronic check-in process. I could not fully understand the person on the phone and unable to follow their check-in procedure. I told the person that I was cancelling my reservation and wanted a refund. I was told that they could not provide a refund because it was after the refund cutoff period and against their policy. It is my opinion that the hotel's check-in process is not very accommodating to the handicapped or electronically challenged individual. As such a customer who can not complete the electronic process should either be afforded an alternative check-in method and if one is unavailable a refund should be given. The customer should always come first if any business wants to survive."

Vintage Pines Cabin- A Northern California Retreat!

"This was my fifth stay.. the cabin is immaculate with incredible decorations and furnishings to take you back to the old days. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with appliances and anything you need including spices and a large variety of utensils. The beds are very comfortable. There are air conditioners and heaters throughout. 15 minutes to the launch ramp at Trinity center. I've stayed in many verbos and resorts in and around the US. This one rates right up at the top. Plenty of room for your boat. I'm going back next September for another round of bass fishing. I have stayed at other places around the lake, since I found this property I look no more. By the way, the host is awesome and will take care of your every need. "

Backyard Oasis w/ Hot Tub & Views: Weaverville Gem

"GREAT PLACE! We absolutely loved the location and the house had everything we needed to cook, relax, and play. I love there wasn’t clutter, just the basics you need for a weekend getaway. Lots of room and storage. Hot tub was clean but a little overfilled (Not a big deal) Pool was open but a lot of debris (leaves and pollen). Started to clean because it was a beautiful day to swim but I didn’t want to spend the day cleaning it so we never used it (not a big deal) Very big pool, we hope to use it next time for sure. Easy check in and out. Quiet neighborhood with a deer family that was across the street and sometimes in the front yard. Large fenced backyard with plenty of space for our puppy and to see the stars at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 5 min from Trinity County Brewing Company where we had great beer and delicious food! 20 min to the lake. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Pictures were accurate so we didn’t feel deceived. Definitely coming back."

"This is a wonderful property. Sadly it rained a lot the two days that we were there so we could only really enjoy the inside, but we were able to enjoy a few minutes down by the river which was lovely. The house was cozy and comfortable."

Fishing, Hiking, and Family Friendly Creekside Mountain Retreat

"Daisy, our host was very helpful and accommodating. She was always quick to communicate and provided good tips for the area. The home is very beautiful and FULLY stocked! Most rentals we have been to give you the basics, and we usually have to provide our own extra trash bags, bath towels, paper towels, etc. Daisy’s home has everything you need and more! We enjoyed the big hot tub, the game room and the beautiful grounds. The welcome basket of snacks, a note and fresh flowers were so sweet! We were worried that the 3 rooms on the lower level would be too cold but they each had their own wall heaters and got very warm! The beds and linens were so comfortable, and we appreciate lots of extra pillows and blankets. We appreciate that check out is at noon, giving us time to sleep in a little and pack up without rushing. Daisy actually reached out to us that morning to tell us to take our time checking out, which was so thoughtful and kind. We will definitely plan to return! One of our best rental experiences ever. Thank you, Daisy!"
