The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, the staff goes way and beyond to be helpful, the breakfast buffet is so diversified and delicious, and location could not be better. "uma boa localização, achei ruim ser 2º andar , barulhento , por ser colado a rua revbolças. Utensilios um pouco precarios, e com funcionamento um pouco ruim. ( Cooktop so funcionava 1 boca. nao havia 1 pano de prato, nao havia uma exaustao. 1 simples ovo mexido para o cafe da manha enfumaçava o ambiente por completo. o espaco onde existia o sfa cama nao tinha blackout, isso foi bem ruim. "

"Overall it seems like the minimum amount of effort goes into operating this apartment. Even though check in is supposed be 3pm, I arrived after 5pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaning to be finished. I agree with the past comment about dirty grout in the shower. Also, the dish sponge was dirty and even though there was a coffee machine, there were no coffee pods. The 24 hour automated mart was really convenient for snack/drink purchases."
