"The lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly. It is an old hotel & the years has shown the wear. Even though they tried to improve it, there were many things that still need upgrading. The bathroom had a bad smell...no exhaust fan. The shower 🚿 wasn't bad but the tub floor was not level. There seemed to have a crack in it. The breakfast had a lot to be desired...very limited to the choices.

"First of all the lady at the front desk with the long red hair was extremely rude and disinterested in her job. She visibly rolled her eyes at a customer at one point. I avoided asking the questions that I wanted to due to her sheer disinterest and she was distracted by her phone. Due to her customer service alone I would not return.
