"We stayed here for one night for my daughter's birthday. The location is brilliant for various sightseeing activities and we got a cab to the West End for a show. The hotel was really lovely and the staff very helpful. They had accidentally left a complimentary bottle of fizz in the room for someone else and when I called them about it they said I was very welcome to keep it, which was a nice touch.
We paid for a room with a nice view (London Eye, Big Ben etc), which was definitely worth it.
The room itself and bathroom were lovely.
The hotel very helpfully has a place for you to arrive earlier in the day and store your suitcase so you can go sightseeing. The only downside was that when we came back at the official check in time, the room was not ready and we had to sit around for a long time waiting - not ideal.
Overall, a very nice one night stay."
