"We stayed in the Junior Suite in the city center and were very disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, it was immediately obvious that the bathroom was in desperate need of a deep clean. Cobwebs were everywhere, and as shown in the photos, the shower had clearly seen much better days. Given its condition, I would not have felt comfortable stepping into the bathtub at all. "Left to our own devices: a security nightmare. Unfortunately, I must strongly advise against staying at this property; the experience was traumatic and the emergency management was nonexistent. During our stay, we experienced an unacceptable incident: the inside handle on our room door came off, trapping us inside the room around dinner time. We experienced moments of pure panic, so much so that we considered calling the fire department, fearing we wouldn't be able to get out in an emergency....

"Very close to Turin Porta Susa train station and places to eat and drink. Apartment was convenient and clean with communal coffee and tea facilities and a fridge just outside the room. The owners were incredibly helpful and stored our large backpacks for us on our last day as we had a late train. Very kind and accommodating! Thanks for a super stay!"

"Perfect for 1 person like myself. About 20 minutes from Porta Nueva Train station. Some supermarkets and shops nearby. Has everything you need for a short stay. Staff provided easy and clear instructions to get into the property as well as some information for what's nearby for food and breakfast etc. Everything was clean, comfortable and cosy. "
