"The property is fairly ne,w only 3 months old at this time, so here's a quick feedback: Wi-Fi on the 6th is very poor, no instructions on how to turn on the AC in the room (it looks on, but you have to really look), Hot Water was not working at night, the area around the swiming pool is very splipery, and no warning signs around the pool so people won't climb around glass wall. "The pools fed by the waterfall made Hotel Mercedes stand out from anywhere else. Be aware that bad weather can effect the use. There was torrential rains while we were there, the pools had to be emptied and cleaned, but the couple days being able to use it were worth it. There is some snorkeling under and beside the dock. Visibility is poor. Don't make snorkeling the reason you come. Staff was very pleasant , especially the front desk. "
