Esperienza breve ma super

Ottima struttura, a circa 1,5 km dal centro di Madonna di Campiglio ma con pulmino disponibile on demand h24. Camere dotate di tutti i comfort,ottima colazione e ristorante e bellissima spa molto grande su due piani con piscina e varie tipologie di sauna e bagnoturco. Personale gentile ed efficiente. La proprietaria accoglie personalmente tutti gli ospiti con una gentilezza ed una premura veramente rare ormai. Consigliatissimo!

La struttura si presenta in stile tirolese e ottimamente tenuta ,sempre ordinata pulita e una sala da pranzo con una vista mozzafiato sulle Dolomiti del Brenta.Il personale è ben preparato a fornire indicazioni su tutte le attività.Sempre disponibili un plauso particolare alla signora Lorenzetti che da perfetta padrona di casa ti coccola facendoti sentire come casa tua,e nel momento dei saluti ti omaggia di dolci fatti in casa per gustare i loro sapori lontani da questo scorcio di paradiso.Punti di forza della struttura sono sicuramente la pulizia,il servizio navetta attivo 24 su 24 ,la spa alla quale si accede in modo del tutto gratuito e la posizione inviabile. Dare un voto è semplice : 10 e lode!! Speriamo di ritornare durante la stagione invernale per godere di una ottima sciata.Complimenti a voi tutti..Marco & Lorena

Magnifico soggiorno presso l'hotel Lorenzetti:personale attento discreto e premuroso. La proprietaria squisitamente gentile ed affettuosa che fa sentire ogni cliente speciale . Cucina eccellente.Panorama spettacolare sul Brenta. Un unico rammarico: che la vacanza si sia conclusa. Ci resta uno splendido ricordo che si prolunga nei sapori e nei profumi dei dolci di cui la proprietaria ci ha omaggiati al momento del commiato Grazie a tutti!!!

Bella struttura, splendida vista, personale sempre gentile e professionale. A disposizione degli ospiti navetta gratuita per spostarsi in città e raggiungere le cabinovie. Il punto di forza a mio parere sono i servizi in particolare quelli relativi alla spa. Ho notato molta cordialità ed efficienza del personale. L'hotel offre un servizio navetta H24 molto comodo ed efficiente. Come aspetto negativo o trovato un bagno non particolarmente curato e un po' datato.

Ho passato il wend con un amico dalla 326 il panorama è spettacolare...Tutto perfetto dall'arrivo alla partenza,con il dolce pensiero della sig.ra quando siamo partiti ,ottimo per servizi pulizia ed organizzazione,lo CONSIGLIO!Bravissimo il personale sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa... trovare le auto pulite al mattino dopo la nevicata è un bel servizio! Lovely hotel, great staff and amazing food!

We loved our stay here - our initial worry that it was a little far from town and the slopes was unfounded, as the bus shuttle service that the hotel ran was prompt and could take us anywhere at any time. The food was exceptional and great value for money, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were good, if not a little basic.

Fantastica settimana bianca

Tutti gli anni facciamo la settimana bianca, abbiamo già visitato molte località, ma è la prima volta a Madonna di Campiglio. Devo dire che ci è piaciuto tutto moltissimo: la località, le piste, l'ospitalità e la bellezza delle montagne circostanti. L'hotel è ottimo sia per ubicazione, qualità della camera (bella grande con divano) e cibo superlativo. La signora dell'hotel sempre molto attenta e gentile con tutti gli ospiti. Inoltre abbiamo trovato molto comodo il pullmino dell'hotel che mettevano a disposizione, non abbiamo mai dovuto usare la nostra macchina per nessun spostamento.

Siamo stati ospiti durante il ponte dell'immacolata.L'Hotel si trova ad 1 km dal centro, fattibili con una passeggiata a piedi oppure con navetta messa a disposizione dall'albergo e disponibile SEMPRE (a qualsiasi ora del giorno),personale cordiale e disponibile,centro benessere grande e pulito,colazione a buffet abbondante e ristorante eccellente. L' unica criticita' rinvenuta e' l' acqua della piscina un po' freddina.

Ottimo Hotel

Vacanza stupenda, Hotel perfetto con personale molto disponibile e cordiale.
