"Had the potential to be great, but the bathroom had a leak. We reported it and the response was that we had the shower curtain on the outside of the bath, which was of course was nonsense. Our mistake - we assumed we’d be able to get a taxi or uber from train station to hotel but no. The hotel organised the tourist train to collect us, which was good. Getting to the station on checkout was an issue - in the end the hotel organised a taxi from another town to take us the 10minute drive at a cost of 70euros!"
