"Just stayed x2 nights. Didn't really use any amenities. Ate breakfast at Hannah's which came out hot and quick. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. We will be back"

"Large outdated suites but very inexpensive. Steakhouse was ok, staff nice."

"Our sink was a little dirty (coffee was dumped out and now washed down the drain) other than that it was good. Disappointed that they did not have microwave. While traveling with kids-and ones that are super picky eaters or maintain their weights (we have wrestlers who needed to weigh in) it was difficult to drive the 10 hours and bring food to eat in the hotel. The room was clean but still had perfume and trying to cover previous smoke of the past, after a week, with asthma, I am still coughing. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. Having a refrigerator was nice."

"There is cigarettes underneath the bed. They didn’t do a good job at cleaning the room. The headboard was ripped up and scratched up. You got there was no option to change my room to non-smoking. I only had smoking will not be staying there again."

"Paid top dollar for a hotel that only had a gym a cheap restaurant and roc climbing… I changed hotels stayed at the peppermill for the same price it had several restaurants… pool/spa, gambling machines, multiple bars, lots of extras… I felt I was ripped off and over charged for a hotel that offered nothing like the rest of the Reno hotels do… I would compare it to a more 6 with a ihop next to it"

"Friendly host and very cute house however trash cans were left full on property from previous guests for us to empty upon arrival, additionally several things were broken around the house (front door handle, bathroom sink, window blinds). Sheets and towels were wet upon arrival and needed to be rewashed and dried as they smelled of mildew. "

"Condo was very clean, great location and was stocked well with toiletries. Very responsive host!"
