"The most positive aspect of this property is its location and the view. It’s about forty yards from the beach and the lake is visible from the living area, which makes watching sunsets enjoyable. The unit itself is very old (as are many surrounding properties). They did their best with updates, and it was clean, but overall the age and funkiness was a deterrent. "
