"Things we loved: close to Pappy &Harrets and main roads. Super clean inside and great space for 6 people. Huge kitchen, well lit and heated/cooled. Things we didn't like: unfinished laundry, our towels were wet, lot's of holes in walls. We visited when it was cold, we were excited that a hot tub was listed. Sadly, the hot tub was dirty, the water was a bit green. We could not check out the top area, look at the stars as it was very unsafe to climb the stairs and hang out. A larger coffee maker...

"Amazing house!! What a great place. Our friends stayed just for a night to celebrate a birthday and catch a show at Pappy and Harriets. It was the perfect getaway under the stars. We loved the hot tub, beds were comfy - everything was clean and perfect."

"Highly recommend! This property is conveniently located to the concert venue, food and shops. However really no reason to leave with the decorative vibes and so many amenities onsite. We were a party of 7 and there was so much to offer from spa, sauna and game room. The sun deck was perfect for a group yoga sessions (mats included)!"

"This was our fourth or fifth time staying in the Boulder house. Every time is magical. We recommend visiting in summer or early fall (pre October) to maximize the chances of using the pool which is not heated. "
