We stayed in the old part of the hotel with the portholes. The room was illuminated by the sun on the sea waves, it was also great waking up to look over the sea. It definitely added to a unique stay. The rooms itself was well laid out and we enjoyed the conscious effort to be more sustainable. The hotel itself was amazing with a great location next to the water, ideal for a swim within meters of the hotel. We also tried the restaurant and were really impressed with the service and quality (albeit vegetarian options were lacking). Staff were all super an were really helpful at all stages for recommendations. The shuttle to /from the nearby garage was also great adding to a very relaxing stay.

Beautiful view (we had a first floor seat side room with an outdoor area). Very long breakfast serve time provided great flexibility for both early and late risers. Only issue i encountered was I could not locate an outlet in the bathroom so I had to do my hair in the main room.

The views of the Adriatic from our balcony were breathtaking. It was a lovely location. The hotel made parking and access to the hotel a breeze. They came and picked us up from the parking garage as the city center is car-free. We will definitely stay there longer the next time.

The hotel is in a wonderful location along the sea and was close to everything. Our room facing the sea was outstanding and we enjoyed time on the small deck. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety and was tasty. This is a gem of a hotel and we would most definitely stay here again.

Very well positioned hotel on the quayside in the old town of Piran. A little noisy from the number of bathers underneath our balcony, which went on into the evening. The first room we were offered was tiny and smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and to be honest we would have moved hotels, but in fairness when we complained, we were moved to a different room which was perfectly adequate and met our booking expectations of sea view and balcony. The hotel itself was a little tired, but was okay for a short stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with excellent service. A special thank you to Ermin at the front desk, who helped us upgrade to a balcony room (worth the extra cost for the breathtaking sunset views!), and to Aida as well for her warm and helpful service. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

Fantastic view, perfect for watching the sunset from your own balcony! If you have a car, you can get a discount for the parking at the Garage Fornače. Breakfast buffet is also really good. Only down side is that they do not provide an electric kettle or tea/coffee in the room. I did bring my own for the trip, but since we were only staying one night and had to park the car far away (20 minutes walk), I had forgotten to pack it into my overnight bag, so it was left behind in the big suitcase. There is at least a free hotel shuttle service from the hotel to the parking garage so you don't have to pay for the public one.

Location was great, right in the middle of old town. Room was clean! The only thing is that shower was not well maintained but besides that everything was great! Ps. Bring your own hair dryer if you need one because the one in the bathroom turns off every minute to “save energy” and you have to wait a couple of minutes to use it again so it’s annoying.

We stayed two nights at this hotel , and for the cost ($800+ for the two nights) we expected so much more from the room. The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived early and staff offered that we could leave our suitcases in a space near the desk, which we did but they really should have a secured area. Our room was on the 4th floor with a city view ( which is what we had booked), and it was quite small. There was no where to set our suitcases so we had to just leave them on the floor which was not ideal as the floor space is very limited. The bed was a decent size but was very firm and rather uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible and very lumpy. The bathroom was functional except for the shower area. This area has just a glass panel which covers a potion of the shower, but it is impossible to keep the water from going all over the bathroom floor even when using a towel to try to dam it. The hotel has a roof top deck which is nice and is a great place to watch the sunset, but on Saturday night is packed. The hotel also has a private waterfront area, but the fee is €25 per day for 2 towels and an umbrella. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options. It is a decent hotel, but the cost is really for the location - being right on the boardwalk. Be aware that on some nights there is a very loud concert that occurs. Bring earplugs.
