Agradável surpresa

O hotel conta com espaço e bem distribuído. Café da manhã ótimo. Quarto muito bom, com cama boa e chuveiro bom também. Sugiro uma maior atenção na limpeza da piscina e na agilidade da recepção no ato do check in e out. Porém, super recomendo!

Poderia ser melhor...tem espaço para isto..

Não havia sabonte no quarto, fui obrigado a comprar. Tv não consegue pegar nenhum canal a nao ser canal de igrejas O pessoal da recepção poderia ser mais amigável e dar as dicas para passeio, somente falam de 2 passeios feitos pela Agencia de Turismo local..cabe salientar que a cidade dispõe de outros lugares lindos que podem ser visitados

O hotel fica no lado mais moderno da cidade, mas com várias opções de restaurantes, farmácia, supermercado e lojas nas redondezas, com acesso de carro ao centro histórico, fácil e rápido. Confortável, funcionários atenciosos, limpo e o café da manhã é excelente.

Viagem com família

Hospedei-me com esposa, filhos (9 e 11 anos) e mãe (79 anos). - Quartos: Pontos positivos: espaçoso, cama confortável, banheiro limpo. Pontos negativos: Tv com poucos canais (nem globo tinha). Não é smart (sem Netflix, YouTube etc). Wi-Fi ruim, a ponto de inativa-lo e usar meu próprio plano de internet pessoal. - Café da manhã: Pontos positivos: Boa variedade de frutas, proteínas, pães e bolos. Estrutura física para se acomodar e comer muito boa. Ambiente agradável. Pontos negativos: Café morno. Café tem que ser quente! E como bom nordestino, senti falta da tapioca. - Hotel de forma geral: Pontos positivos: lugar silencioso. Estrutura bem cuidada. Decoração típica da região de muito bom gosto. Atendimento dos funcionários. Vários comércios ao redor que auxiliam bastante o hóspede. Nota-se que o hotel é bem administrado. Pontos negativos: o hotel não possui elevador. Não obstante possuir apenas um andar, torna-se inconveniente subir dois lances grandes de escada ao chegar e sair com malas, notadamente quando se viaja com crianças e idosos. Minha mãe tem 79 anos, como a maioria das pessoas da idade dela, tem mobilidade reduzida. O hotel a acomodou no térreo. Porém, ficou em apartamento distante (prédio do mesmo hotel do outro lado da rua) do restante da família. O que não é oportuno, pois é cediço que pessoas de mais idade precisam de auxílio e maiores cuidados por parte dos familiares mais jovens. - Resumo Geral:Hotel bom. Recomendo. Hospedaria-me novamente

Uma grata surpresa no sertão! Hotel muito confortável que não perde para os das capitais. Estacionamento, ar condicionado, localização, conforto, atendimento, hospitalidade e limpeza. Pode melhorar algo? Sim: o Wi-Fi e o cafe da manhã é bom, mas pode melhorar , sanduicheira pequena , quebrada e disputada, poucas opções e mediana qualidade de lácteos, reposição lenta, mas o ambiente é top. Hotel bem frequentado! Parabéns por tudo!!!!

Voltaria com certeza

Excelente local para descanso e lazer, haja vista ser próximo dos pontos de comércio e turismo como um todo. Vc precisa de carro para acesso às embarcações que saem para os cânions (21km de distância) ou às embarcações que saem para a Trilha do Cangaço (2km de distância) do Dunen Hotel. Não se pode escolher tudo. Caso opte por ficar próximo do Centro Histórico, que fica a 2 km de distância deste Hotel, vc tem acesso mais próximo às embarcações 🚢 que saem para a Trilha do Cangaço e, à noite, tem acesso fácil aos bares e comidas noturnas (lanches). Mas, não são hotéis e pousadas tão confortáveis quanto este hotel. Próximo do Dunem tbm tem várias dessas opções. Com exceção à proximidade da praia 🏖 de água doce.
