House of approximately 50m² in a quiet hamlet with direct pedestrian access 200m from the pretty Toulport beach between Piriac and Quimiac.
Ideal for family vacations
 Ground floor: living room opening onto terrace and small garden not overlooked, kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, nespresso, etc.
Upstairs: two attic bedrooms with 1 double bed (140 * 190) and 2 twin beds (90 * 190), Duvets, shower room.
Garage, barbecue.
Pétanque field, Tennis, board games.
Terrace, table, chairs and parasol.
Linen rental not provided, cleaning extra if requested (50 €).
