Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Rond-point de la Lande" 10 km, sandy beach 350 m. No access to the balcony.
"Pirou Beach", 6-room house 166 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds, hand-basin, separate WC and shower. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds. 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (8), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnbereich direkt hinter den Dünen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und komplett. Der kilometerlange Sandstrand ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Abwicklung vor Ort durch die freundlichen Vermieter/Eigentümer. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr freundlich Empfangen und die Übergabe erfolgte in englisch. Die Gegend ist noch nicht zu Touristisch, so dass man gut die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und unser Hund konnte frei laufen. Wir hatten den Strand und die Dünen oft für uns alleine. Für Leute die nicht den großen Trubel im Urlaub suchen ein ideales Feriengebiet.

Das Ferienhaus war perfekt. Tolle Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Helle großzügige Räume, viele Verstauungsmöglichkeiten. Super ausgestattete Küche. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und somit ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund und Kindern. Der Strand ist einen kurzen Spaziergang durch die Dünen entfernt. Pirou Plage mit einer Bäckerei, kleinem Supermarkt und Restaurants ist ca. 1km entfernt. Alles war sehr sauber! Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und alles lief reibungslos.

Wij zijn een week geweest in dit prachtige huis. Op loopafstand van de zee. Bedden waren bij aankomst keurig opgemaakt. Gastheer en gastvrouw waren uiterst vriendelijk alles was perfect schoon. We zaten 1 1/2 uur van La Mont St Michel en 3 kwartier vanaf Omaha Beach

Das Haus liegt ca. 5 Fußminuten vom sehr großen und schönen Sandstrand entfernt, der nahezu menschenleer war. Das Haus ist besonders geräumig und komplett ausgestattet, so dass wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit 2 Paaren und einem Hund unterwegs, gerne wollen wir wieder-kommen.

Zéér vriendelijke en eerlijke verhuurders. Recente, ruime, verzorgde vakantiewoning met alle nodige faciliteiten (2 douches, afwasmachine, wasmachine, frigo, diepvries, oven, microgolfoven, waterkoker,...). 5 slaapkamers, babybedje en traphekje zijn beschikbaar. Mooie tuin met terras. Strand vlakbij en centrum op wandelafstand. Mooie omgeving, ideale locatie om Normandië te verkennen.

Modernes, helles Einfamilienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Ideal für eine Kleingruppe von 6 - 10 Personen. Unkomplizierte Vermieter. Unweit des langen fast unendlichen Strandes. Der Ferienort Pirou Plage war Mitte Juni noch etwas verschlafen mit nur wenigen offenen Restaurants. Schöne Strandwanderungen in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist ideal für eine ruhige Ferienwoche mit Freunden oder eine Grossfamilie.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Pirou. Entgegen der Beschreibung war das Haus vollständig umzäunt, was unseren Hund sehr gefreut hat. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und sehr sauber. Die Bilder geben einen sehr guten Eindruck über den Zustand des Hauses. Es ist recht modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen rund um die Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße

Schönes, modernes, sehr sauberes neues Haus. Geräumig, große Terrasse, viel Platz. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit regionalen Produkten; Extraservice jederzeit. Ruhige Lage, 5 Min. Fußweg zum Strand. Unendlicher Strand, Wanderungen am Strand bzw. auf dem GR 34 direkt möglich. In der direkten Umgebung Geschichte, Kultur, Natur satt. Mann/Frau muss wieder hin. Ein kleines Manko: die Geräte in der Garage verbreiten ihren Geruch bis in die Wohnräume, der Raumduftstecker macht es nicht besser.

Belle maison très bien équipée, et proche de la mer dans une petite ville. Nous etions un couple avec un bébé de 7 mois, ainsi qu'un couple d'amis. Les hôtes ont été très arrageants sur l'horaire d'arrivée, mais aussi en nous laissant une baignoire spéciale bébé. Il y a aussi une chaise haute (trop grande dans notre cas), et un lit à barreaux avec un vrai matelas. Donc maison très bien équipée pour de jeunes parents !
