  • For those looking for a beach holiday with services and amenities nearby, this comfortable holiday flat in the popular seaside resort of Tirrenia on the Tyrrhenian coast is the perfect choice. It is situated on the ground floor of a small block comprising four flats and has its own entrance from the fenced-in private garden. It is just 300 metres from the wide, golden sandy beach and the high street, with shops and businesses of all kinds. In the pine forest you’ll find a children’s playground, and there’s a 9-hole golf course nearby. Situated halfway between Pisa and Livorno, it’s also an excellent base from which to explore the beauty of Tuscany, including the port city of Livorno (14 km), artistic cities such as Pisa (18 km) and Lucca (30 km), the lively town of Viareggio with its harbour (35 km), and numerous hamlets such as Calci, with its beautiful historic Carthusian monastery, and the medieval village of Vicopisano. The many well-equipped beaches offer a wide range of activities alongside excellent restaurants. You can go on boat trips from the marina in nearby Marina di Pisa (6 km).

Kitchen, furniture and fittings, including beds very dated

Was like a trip back in time. My bed was very uncomfortable. Otherwise location was good and overall the stay was OK.
