Betrug in Pisa

I could not check into system, to get my self-check-in code. The self -checking code asked for identication information, such as place of birth. When I attempted to type in my place of birth, it would not accept it. Called the Hotel to notify them of diffulty several times, but no responce. Arrived at Hotel with out code, after 12:30 mid night. I could not get in even though I had paid in full for my room. I was left stranded in an unknown city at midnight. Called Hot.com for assitance, was connected to a call center in India, who kept me holding on the line. They refused to help me, telling me, that because my place of birth was CUBA, they were not allowed to assist me??. They told me they were U.S. based. I told them I was a U.S. citizen and they hung up. I a female and my niece had to stay at the train station in Pisa, itay from 12:30 till 3:26, till the first train to our distination. I will never use Hotel.com again.
