Sarebbe una bella struttura, però vanno guardati alcuni punti. Uno è la comunicazione con Expedia, perché mi hanno sbagliato l'alloggio; due la pulizia dei giorni per bambini, che dovrebbe essere essenziale e invece c'erano tante chiocciole ed erba alta. Però il personale è molto gentile e pronto a muoversi se si è fatto uno sbaglio.

Nonostante arrivo in struttura oltre l'orario del check in e uscita prima dell'orario di check out quindi senza personale, fatto tutto online. Organizzati sotto questo aspetto e cosa molto gradita dato il periodo invernale trovato la stanza bella calda. Soddisfattissimo.

Hôtel en bord de plage. Hôtel propre dans les parties communes, dommage que l'intérieur de l'appartement ne soit pas vérifié avant notre arrivée. De plus, il n'y a pas d'état des lieux. Literie = 2 banquette-lits. Très bonne réception (en anglais).

Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig --> auf nachfrage, wurde einmal gereinigt bei einem Aufenthalt von geplanten 8 Tagen. Bei der Reinigung wurde auch nur in den Schlafräumen kurz gewischt. Badezimmer wurde nie gereinigt. Schimmel in der Dusche! Die Anlage ist schön und nahe am Strand, jedoch sehr weit weg von Livorno, man braucht immer ein Auto. Die Betten haben auch schon die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Komfort und Service sind leider nicht besonders gut. Wir haben über expedia 7 Nächte gebucht, sind dann einen Tag früher angereist, somit waren es dann 8 Nächte. Da ich mich verletzt habe sind wir nach 5 Nächten abgereist mussten aber volle 8 bezahlen. Da wäre ein leichtes entgegenkommen schön gewesen...

Unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. First of all the pool was closed and there were no sunbeds available. The beach was also closed so it was difficult to sunbath, which my wife likes to do other than sitting on a chair. When we complained about this we were told that the season closes on the 15th of September, We were no aware of this, if we were we would not have booked it. Also there were no supermarkets within walking distance the nearest was about at 5 kilometres away, so therefore not very convenient if you did not have a car, which we did not have. Also there were only 2 restaurants within walking distance. Also there were no English cable TV stations Overall it was a disappointing holiday because of the above reasons However the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful at all times while on the premises, but the reception was only opened between 9.00 am and 7.00pm. Overall I would not recommend it unless one had a car and definitely

Mjuk bra säng men hemsk bäddsoffa. Bra kök för att laga mat själv. Rent förutom golvet som aldrig blev rent trots daglig städning. Hotellet tog kontakt med oss och löste sen incheckning på ett bra sätt. Parkeringen var bra och inlåst Men sedan tog plusen slut. Inget säkerhetsskåp trots daglig städning. Ingen wi-fi trots utlovat. Obefintlig 3G-täckning i rummet dessutom. Poolen var stängd. Frukost erbjuds inte ens för extra betalning. Vid utcheckningen frågade personalen ingenting om vi var nöjda eller så. Lika bra det kanske. Dessutom tvingades vi betala extra turistskatt.

hotel reposant et bien entretenu

Nous avons loué un petit appartement avec jardin Très agréable quand on a des enfants, pour la cuisine sur place et le jardin L'hôtel possède un parking sécurisé fermé par portail Situé à 2 pas de la plage, donc très pratique en se rendant à l'hôtel, on passe a coté d'un grande zone industrielle pas très jolie mais on l'oublie relativement vite une fois dans le quartier de la résidence La réceptionnistes était très sympathique et parlait bien français l'appartement était propre à l'exception du sol qui nous a laissé les chaussettes noires touristes côtoient résidents à l'année à priori mais dont l'accueil a été très chaleureux Beau jardin commun en plus des privatifs Très joli ensemble A 30 min en voiture de la tour de pise

Hotel excentré mais parfait pour visiter

Super contact avec les réceptionnistes, à l'ecoute, disponible. Le studio est grand avec un petit jardin. Les points négatifs sont l'eau chaude sur place (ballon trop petit!) la wifi injoignable et les environs (rien du tout autour!!). Par contre studio tout équipé, emplacement geographique très bien pour visiter Pise et Florence.

Apartment in Calambrone

Nettes Hotel mit vielen Apartments mit genügend Ausstattung am Strand von Calambrone. Gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und auch ein persönlicher Parkplatz ist inkludiert. WLAN wurde nicht getestet. Zimmer sind groß (reisten zu viert), hatten ein Schlafzimmer, Flur, Bad mit Toilette, Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Schlafcouch. Küchenutensilien sind in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden, auch eine Spülmaschine weshalb auch kein Spülmittel und Schwamm vorhanden war, was wir aber gebraucht hätten. Leider nur eine halb aufgerollte Klorolle, die sofort verbraucht war, kein Nachschub, da Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war. Pool war gesperrt, da dieser extrem dreckig war. Strand ca. 3 Gehminuten hinter dem Parkplatz entlang ohne hoteleigenen Strand. Von der Lautstärke her war das Zimmer sehr leise und angenehm. Das Hotel liegt direkt unter der Flugbahn der ankommenden Flugzeuge am Flughafen Pisa Galileo Galilei, weshalb des Öfteren Fluglärm zu hören war, allerdings nur wenn Fenster bzw. Türe offen war. Kleiner Fernsehe mit italienischen Sender, Föhn und Bügelbrett waren mit drin. Auch zwei Klimaanlagen waren vorhanden, allerdings keine Fernbedienungen mit denen wir diese anschalten konnten. Den Boiler muss man vor Benutzung des Wassers anstellen, sonst duscht man kalt. Dieser ist generell ausgeschaltet. In unseren zwei Tagen Aufenthalt wurden die Laken und Handtücher nicht gewechselt, was vollkommen in Ordnung war. Fitness-Center, Einkaufsläden und Restaurant wurden nicht ausprobiert.

Perfect located for a beach escape and city sites

I was here to attend an event in the local area, was a great place. Easy to reach via taxi (or bus but check the timetable) from Pisa Airport. My friend slept on the bed, and i used the sofa bed which was extremely comfortable. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which i ate at most nights and was exceptionally good food. I will stay here again.

3 notti in un appartamento che non vale quanto pagato. Ok piscina e parco, Ko condizioni stanze e pulizia. La posizione non è delle migliori, zona periferica del porto e vista su porto di Livorno. SPiaggia attrezzata nelle vicinanze
