"Our trip to Cusco ended up getting extended due to a hospitalization for me. The staff was so kind to my daughter while my husband spent the night with me in the hospital. They extended our stay and were so accommodating in the restaurant based on what I could eat. They gave us extremely late checkout so that I could continue to rest until we have to be at the airport. In addition to that, the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the views were spectacular."

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-kept, you can tell the staff really take pride in maintaining the property. Customer service was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location is also excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. "We had to get a breakfast to go as we were leaving at 3am. The packed breakfast was excellent and the hotel kept our luggage whilst we were in Machu Picchu at no extra cost. The room was immaculate and amenities great. A free pisco sour was a great touch too"
