Nice, with a couple glitches.

Overall the stay was fine. We were in the back of the building, overlooking the back yard of the neighbor. So it was very quiet. The bed was fine. The location in old town was very good. An easy walk to almost everything. The only glitches were some sparrows nesting on the lights outside the room. We left the door open and one flew in and flew back out when it saw no exit. The other thing was the small refrigerator. It made a lot of gurgling noises so we unplugged it at night. But that does not help your drinks stay cold. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Unser Aufenthalt war der letzte Witz. Da das City Hotel überbucht war, wurden wir in einem Hotel um die Ecke untergebracht, dem Bila Ruze. Das Hotel war unglaublich schmutzig, Putz ist von der Wand gebröckelt und auf der Tagesdecke unseres Zimmerwas war ein ekliger weißer Fleck, der eigentlich nur auf eines schließen hat lassen. Weder Heizung noch Warmwasser haben funktioniert, sodass wir selbst mit zwei Decken in der Nacht gefroren haben und nicht duschen konnte. Nachdem ich mich daraufhin am nächsten Tag beschwert und ein anderes Zimmer verlangt habe, hieß es nur achselzuckend, dass das Hotel eben voll sei und man nichts machen könne. Gespräche mit anderen Gästen im Bila Ruze haben das gleiche Bild gezeichnet. Alle haben sich ins City Hotel eingebucht, wurden dann ins Bila Ruze verfrachtet und auch bei ihnen haben weder Heizung noch warm Wasser funktioniert. Zum Frühstücken musste man dann wieder zurück ins City Hotel wo es eine spärliche Auswahl an Wurst und jeweils eine Sorte Wurst und Marmelade gab. Zu trinken, wurde neben schlechtem Tee und Kaffee Apfelnektar aus dem Kaufland angebot, direkt aus dem Tetrapak. Dazu extrem unfreundliches Personal. Nie wieder City Hotel! Ich rate jedem dringend von dieser Bruchbude ab!

We're in the front door by 5pm and the hotel was closed. We rang the bell and nobody showed up and we walked to a nearby hotel and checked in there instead. A total disappoinment !

Ankunft am 8.6.2019 um ca. 18:45 Uhr im Hotel City in Pisek. Im Hotel befand sich kein Personal obwohl lt. Info des Hotels bis 20 Uhr eingecheckt werden kann. Zum Glück hatten wir die Telefonnummer vom Hotel, wo wir dann auch anriefen. Es wurde uns mitgeteilt , das wir umgebucht wurden ins Hotel Bila Ruze. Dort gingen wir auch hin und wurden dann sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Für die erste Nacht buchten wir nachträglich telefonisch von zu Hause aus ein Zusatzbett für die zwei gebuchten Doppelzimmer. Anstatt ein Zusatzbett ins Zimmer zu stellen, bekamen unsere Freunde ein Zimmer im Keller ohne Fenster und ohne Zusatzbett (später erfuhren wir das das Zimmer ein Zimmer von einem älteren Herr war, der im Hotel arbeitete und nicht einmal einen Cappucino machen konnte). Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im ersten Stock mit zwei Einzelbetten.(Kein Zusatzbett für die erste Nacht). Bei der Buchung habe ich als Wunsch ein Kingsizebett angegeben. Weiters wurden die Zimmer auch nicht aufgeräumt. Frische Handtücher musste man erbetteln. Das Frühstück war eine absolute Frechheit!!!!!! Wir haben auf unseren Reisen schon vieles erlebt, aber das ist wirklich das Letzte!!!! Nicht einmal geschenkt würde man so eine Unterkunft nehmen. Wir sind nicht die einzigen die das sagen auch unsere Freunde waren sehr enttäuscht. Als wir Abends ins Hotel kamen, mussten wir im finsteren die Stiegen hoch. Unverschämt solche Hotels wie "Hotel City und Hotel Bila Ruze zu vermitteln!!!!! Das einzige positive war die Lage.

Mecbur kalınmadıkca konaklamayın

Otelin dış görünümü güzel olsada odalar ve otelin içi iyi değil. Odalarda buzdolabı ve klima yok, internet çok kötü. 4 günlük konaklamada oda sadece bir kez temizlendi. Odanın banyo kapısı kapanmıyor yarı açık kalıyordu. 3 kez uyarmamıza rağmen herhangi bir şey yapılmadı. Tavsiye etmiyoruz.

Fantastiskt.

Härligt och mysigt hotel som är väldigt prisvärt. Enda nackdelen är att kyrkklockan plingade och störde varje halvtimme. Samt att sängen kändes kort. Annars kättemysigt.
