"This was the first VRBO I've ever stayed in, usually opting for chain hotels because of the rewards. Whoever built this place did an amazing job with the lighting. Everything is labelled in a cute way that makes everything easy to find. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen has all the utensils and spices to make just about anything. The back porch has a beautiful view, it's secluded but not so secluded that you can't get food delivery. It's in a great location outside of Asheville, we would...

"Don't hesitate to book this property. It is one of the best we have stayed in hands down. Everything was above standard including the cleanliness. The hosts were gracious and made our stay a delight, right down to the homemade cookies!"

"The property was very clean as advertised. It is located in a well kept neighborhood. As a woman traveling alone and very conscious of security, I was uncomfortable with the 4 young men outside the home directly behind the cottage. They did not say or do anything inappropriately, but the isolated area made me uncomfortable to come home after dark since I was traveling alone. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay."

"This was our first VRBO experience and it was a great one. The tiny house is in a nice quiet residential neighborhood but within minutes of restaurants and downtown. The house itself is clean. The layout is well thought out. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. The bathroom is small but has a great shower with plenty of hot water. The amenities include both men's and women's body wash as well as shampoo. They provide quality toilet paper. The towels are thick and plush. And yes the bathroom...

"Had a last minute opportunity to visit my daughter and looked at VRBO since I've always had great luck with them. Got to the property and found out that my room was 1/4 price per night. I paid VRBO more than 4 times what the hotel price was per night. Property was just barely OK. Pool was closed. Breakfast made my daughter violently ill which put a damper on the weekend. Feel stupid and taken advantage of...and yes, I am part of that responsibility so that is why I am writing this review...buyer...

"The location is beautiful. The house was clean. kayaking and canoeing on the lake was amazing. Also rented a boat one morning to tour the tree beautiful waterfalls on the lake. The only issue would have been parking, however the owner was very accommodating. It's best if your able to park your vehicle inside the garage. Great lake front location with beautiful towns nearby."
