We stayed in a family suit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for our family of 6. The newly renovated rooms were wonderful. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the pool. Free breakfast was a big perk.

It was our second stay at this hotel. The hotel had undergone a recent renovation, and our room was exceptionally well-designed. The separate sinks for the his and her were a great feature. The room was very clean. The amenities included flip-flops for both, two drinking bottles, and a robe.

First the good: Anniversary for GF and I. Staff were great and accommodating. Housekeeping team very efficient. Remodel work in parking lot still going on. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated since the new renovation. The facility location on the Bluff was excellent. The complementary breakfast was outstanding with great selection. The only negative was the amount of seagull waste in the parking lot. You have to be careful where you step and always wear flip-flops or shoes. The facility has an excellent view of the coastline of Pismo Beach. The room staff and the kitchen staff were excellent and always greeted you with a good morning or good afternoon.

Although there was no construction on our building, there was plenty going on next to our building. A little nitpicking...the shower door kept opening up during the shower because the doors are misaligned. The ocean view we requested was technically there but had a building to the right of us blocking our view. We were hoping for a full ocean view for the price we paid. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would come back when everything is completed and ask for a specific view.

The property is still under renovation but the location is excellent. The room we had was beautifully updated. It had a great view of the Pacific and the local shoreline. There are good restaurants and shops nearby and wonderful beaches. The parking was a bit crowded in relation to our room due to the ongoing construction but that work is supposed to end next month at some point.

A total piece of Heaven. The trip was to get away for a few days to reset n breathe in the ocean air. The hotel was more than could have hoped for. The lobby is all glass with a spectacular view of the ocean as it sits on a high bluff. The room was a Premier Queen with an ocean view, and balcony n was absolutely divine with lots of fun extras. Several sitting areas with fire pits n again the views were breath taking. The pool n hot tub were excellent. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. They have a breakfast buffet n an “market” if quick treats are needed. Door dash delivers, so you don’t ever have to leave. Everything was so perfect an additional night was booked. The check in was flawless. This hotel will be our new family get away.

The property has beautiful views And lot of places to sit and view, the birds were so cool to see. The smell was terrible from the birds And poop everywhere. Breakfast had a lot of variety and it was great until I found a long hair in my oatmeal, kind of ruin it for me. But my wife and son thought it was good. Bed felt ok but my back hurt when I woke up Probably over paid this one.

Recent and current remodel underway, but this place was still amazing. Our room was spacious and we'll decorated, with an ocean view. Our 20 year anniversary trip, which we created 20 years ago, with a stay right here. Just as special as before, just newer decor.
