Located in the brand-new Seaside Villas and only a short walk to the sand, this tri-level home embodies coastal life from the inside out. The two car garage adds convenience to your experience in this three bed and three and a half bath luxury vacation home. Stepping into the first bedroom is a delightful way to start off, with the fluffy cloud bedding and ensuite bathroom for your comfort. Coming up the staircase brings you into the bright, open living room.
The huge windows with cordless drapes reveal a downtown Pismo Beach view, through the sliding door a spiral staircase welcomes you to the rooftop deck. Prepare to lose your breathe as you take in the endless sky and ocean stretching around you. The seating for four is perfect for the morning cup of coffee or evening drink, high a-top our beach town. Back down the spiral staircase and up the final interior level, the Master and spare bedrooms await. This condo has an atached 2 car garage and a laundry room for your convenience.

Awesome place! Pictures posted online of the property are very accurate. Clean and has all the amenities needed, although they could've provide some tissue boxes. Loved the kitchen. It was well stocked with quality appliances, cookware and utensils. Felt like home away from home. Walking distance to the pier and boardwalk. My only complaint was that traffic is very loud, seemingly, all night long. This property will be the only place I stay when going to Pismo.

Great Location

Management company is super friendly and property was perfect for 8 people. Very spacious and in a great location. Right in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay here again or another Beach Bum property.

Walking distance to beach

The best part was that we were short walking distance to the beach and downtown and restaurants. My family loved the location most of all, and we felt at home during our stay. Management and on-call service were so accommodating and nice. We will definitely book again!

Great place, great location!

This place was perfectly situated, perfectly furnished, perfectly equipped with all we needed for our stay. It was overall perfect for our family. We were able to walk everywhere and still enjoy peaceful evenings and a good night's sleep nightly. Check-in and check-out was very efficient and friendly.

Great location in Pismo.

Property is located very conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and shops- all in an easy walking distance. It was very easy to get to the property from the 101. It is kind of odd that there is not an electronic lock with a code for the door and that you have to go pick up/drop off physical keys from the property management company, but they are located only a few minutes away, so not a huge deal. They also made it easy with an after hours key pick-up. Really liked that there is an attached garage with opener, made travel by car to and from house very easy! Liked the rooftop deck with peek-a-boo views of ocean. Beds were pretty comfortable, linens were nice and kitchen was nicely equipped. Furniture in living areas was comfortable as well. Outside furniture could use some updating as the ocean air has taken a toll. Only a few issues with anything inside the home. The coffee pot needs to be either replaced or something as it wouldn't brew an entire pot, had to restart it a few times to get it to use all the water in the reservoir when filled to make a 10 cup pot. It would also be nice to have a few extra blankets for chilly evenings. We were not cold enough to run the heater but when hanging out chatting on the couch, they would have been welcomed. The last issue was the upstairs bathroom has a window looking directly at the neighboring house. It makes it possible for the neighbor's to see right into the shower, sink area and bedroom from their rooftop patio. Putting a privacy film on it would be super helpful as a member of our group showered at night before bed and she had to keep the lights down low just in case there were any people enjoying the outdoor space next-door. Did have to contact property management for info on wifi password and check out instructions as there was no guest information book on site. All in all we would definetly rent again.

Great Location! Spacious Home! Rooftop Deck!

We loved our time together in this beautiful home! It was within walking distance to most everything in Pismo. The home was spacious for 7 adults. We loved the rooftop deck in the evenings! The kitchen was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice, but…

Everything was clean, and a great location, but the bed sizes were misrepresented. The 2 “queen” beds are actually “full”, thus a bit of a squeeze for 2 adults!

Very nice house to accommodate three generations.

The large living/dining area was great for congregating and meals. All bedrooms were comfortable and clean and the property managers made check-in easy. Excellent location for walking along the beach and finding good dining spots.

Family weekend

We loved staying here. It was just 2 short blocks from the beach. The place very comfortably fit 5 adults, 2 teens, and a toddler. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure.

Great Pismo Vacation Spot

Beyond our expectations!

We loved this home! Wish we had planned to stay for a longer period. Beautiful decor, extremely clean, literally a walk to the beach and restaurants. We could live in this home! We hope it is available when we plan our next visit which will be much longer next time! The convenience of having a garage to park our vehicles and basically leave them parked in the garage the entire time was definitely a plus since we were in walking distance of everything! This home was well beyond our expectations and beyond a 5 star rating!!
