Lagebeschreibung ist eine Mogelpackung !

Kein Hafen, keinerlei Infos bezüglich der Gegebenheiten ! Das Objekt liegt auf dem Land, nicht am Hafen, zu Fuß war nichts erreichbar, nächster Supermarkt (selbst recherchiert) ca. 10(!) km entfernt ! Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch ! Insgesamt miserables Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zieladresse konnte nicht in's frisch upgedatete Navi eingegeben werden! Definitiv insgesamt nichts, was den Begriff "Premium" rechtfertigen würde ! Lediglich die freundlichen Bemühungen - in Sachern aussetzendes Internet - waren erwähnenswert !

Anche in primavera

Casa sicuramente perfetta per l’estate, ma anche in primavera e autunno per visitare i dintorni e poi godersi la natura e la quiete, il giardino è molto grande, perfetto per chi ha bambini e ha bisogno di spazio per farli giocare, i padroni di casa sono persone gentili, discrete e attente. Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro dal 17 al 21/04/2022.

Casa fresca e confortevole con bel giardino

È stata un'esperienza molto positiva: abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane nell'appartamento della villa con 5 posti letto, cucina, tre camere da letto (di cui una di passaggio) e bagno. L'appartamento è estremamente confortevole, con spazi ampi, armadi capienti, aria condizionata (che non abbiamo quasi mai usato), una cucina funzionale e ben attrezzata. Molto gradevoli anche gli spazi esterni con un bel giardino verde, il barbecue e la doccia calda sotto un oleandro. Pressoché indispensabile la macchina, anche se la zona di campagna si presta anche all'uso delle bici per arrivare in spiaggia (bici fornite dalla proprietaria). Nelle vicinanze ci sono un lido bellissimo e un maneggio molto valido. Consigliato!!

Vacanza in Libertà

Le foto rispecchiano perfettamente la casa. Ampi spazi, libertà di stare all’ aperto, bellissima la doccia in giardino!!!!! La spiaggia libera si trova a 3 km, raggiungibile anche in bicicletta. I proprietari sono persone disponibili e ci hanno concesso l’ Uso dell’ orto. Consiglieremo tale casa a chi desidera una vacanza in totale libertà e relax.

Comoda e funzionale

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza. Le spiagge di Pisticci sono magnifiche, ma la posizione e' anche strategica per visitare diverse meravigliose localita' ( ce n'e' per tutti i gusti: archeologia, natura, lo splendido museo di Policoro, Oasi WWF, Matera, castelli federiciani etc). La casa una splendida oasi in mezzo alla campagna. Silenzio assicurato, il giardino ben tenuto e godibile sia per i bambini che per il relax degli adulti. Parcheggio ombreggiato per l'auto. Tutto funzionante e pulito all'interno dell'appartamento.

Bella vacanza!

Siamo molto soddisfatti! L'appartamento è spazioso, arredato con cura e pulito. Lo spazio esterno si presta a rilassanti pranzi e cene all'aperto ed è ideale se si hanno bambini, che possono giocare in tutta tranquillità. La signora Renata ed il signor Palmiro, i proprietari, sono molto disponibili e sempre presenti. Il mare è a pochissimi minuti d'auto ed è dotato sia di stabilimenti che di spiaggia libera. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Vacanze da sogno

Posto davvero stupendo, per una vacanza in pieno relax. Eravamo tre famiglie, e tutti e tre gli appartamenti erano davvero stupendi , ben arredati e con aria condizionata mai usata anche nell'appartamento al primo paino. La descrizione della location rispecchia perfettamente le foto, giardino ampio con docce esterne , lavanderia e grill ... insomma tutto quello che serve per rilassarsi in una vacanza. L'ampio giardino ha accolto i nostri bimbi che hanno potuto divertirsi giocando in totale sicurezza. Mare stupendo, spiagge ampie libere e attrezzate a 2,5 Km, facilmente raggiungibili anche in bici ( messe a disposizione dal proprietario). Un grazie ai proprietari che ci hanno messo a disposizione anche il loro orto ( melanzane, zucchine e pomodori) e ci hanno regalato una bellissima vacanza all'insegna del totale relax. Ale Carmen e tutti i nostri amici che con noi hanno condiviso questa magnifica vacanza.
